A little more about me.

The longer version

I'm Brian. Originally from Boston, now firmly planted in New York City. I've spent most of my career building and scaling technology companies, but there's quite a bit more to life than work.

Being Dad

I'm the father of two teenage daughters. They're smart, funny, opinionated, and completely different from each other.

One has a creative streak and a love of the arts and sciences. The other has an imagination that runs circles around mine, with interests ranging from animation to mythology.

Being their dad is easily the most important part of my life. We also startedthe LEGO collection together with the World Map.

Work

I've spent my career helping software and technology companies grow. Today, I work in AI and software, which means I get to spend a lot of time around technology that's changing faster than most of us can keep up with.

Curiosity

I've always liked figuring out how things work, especially when they probably don't need fixing. That curiosity has led to a collection of Macs, home servers, and AI experiments,LEGO models, and a few projects that have taken considerably longer than expected.
